82 Volt Lithium Ion battery GC82B25

The Greenworks 82 volt 2.5Ah battery type GC82B25 is a Lithium Ion battery with a 2.5Ah content.
The Ah of a battery indicates the content of a battery (how long can you use the battery) and does not say anything about the power of a battery. A 5.0Ah battery can therefore be used 2x longer than a 2.5Ah battery. The 5.0Ah battery is of course heavier in weight.

The Greenworks lithium ION batteries have a 3x longer life than NICAD batteries.
The batteries have no memory effect "you can always charge and recharge".
The batteries provide constant power and are rechargeable up to 2000x.
The batteries are also equipped with 4 LED lights which indicate the amount of energy still present in the battery. The 82 Volt batteries can be used in all 82 volt Greenworks machines independent of the Ah of the battery.
