LUMAG SPLIT CUTTING MACHINE SSA500ZHPRO

This unique professional gasoline saw and splitter SSA500ZHPRO from Lumag combines three machines in one.
The machine cuts your wood to the desired length and then splits the sawn piece of wood into 2 or 4 parts (also available as an option with a 6-part splitting cross).
The machine has a hydraulic supply conveyor belt (wood supply up to the saw) and discharge conveyor belt (after splitting).
The sawing and clamping of the wood is also hydraulic and automatic.
The saw-splitter is equipped with a PTO drive.

With this very powerful saw-splitting machine you can split wood very safely, but of course your splitting yield is much higher than if you have to perform both operations (splitting and sawing) separately.
The saw-splitter is attached to a three-point hydraulic system of a tractor (approx. 20 hp) by means of a PTO shaft (not included)

You can supply logs up to 50cm in diameter.
With a hydraulically driven chainsaw you cut the log to the desired length, the wood then falls automatically in front of the splitting device, which will split the wood with a hydraulic splitting force of 20 tons (all this is one operation).
Then the wood comes on a 3.2 meter long conveyor belt that transports it to a location of your choice (make a mountain of split wood or drop the wood directly into a large bag or onto a trailer).
The maximum discharge height is 2 meters.
The conveyor belt can be easily adjusted to height by means of the existing winch.

Splitting and sawing can be done simultaneously by using two hydraulic pumps.
So while the machine is splitting the last block of wood you saw, you can already cut the next piece of wood.

The machine can split up to 5-8 cubic meters per hour on average.
Of course, factors such as speed of supply, trunk thickness and type of wood are important.
The machine can use various optional accessories such as a hydraulic log lifting installation, a hydraulic log supply table and a 6-piece splitting cross.
Each machine comes with a combination of a 2 and 4 piece splitting cross as standard.

The 3 way control valve + Parker Pump & hydraulic motor that you see in the picture is delivered directly with the machine.

This machine is only supplied by an authorized Matom dealer.
The machine is delivered to you fully assembled.
