The GG06E loader is a modern, fully electric machine designed for users who expect high performance, low operating costs, and environmentally friendly operation. Thanks to its compact design, powerful electric motors, and an advanced hydraulic system, the GG06E is ideal for construction, horticulture, agriculture, and municipal work.

Electric drive and battery – ecological efficiency

The GG06E is equipped with a maintenance-free 3-EVF-200A lead-acid battery with a capacity of 200 Ah and a voltage of 72 V. The use of 12 modules ensures stable operation and an operating time of 5–6 hours per charge. Charging takes 8–10 hours, meaning the machine is ready for a full work shift after a single charging cycle. The electric drive means quiet operation, zero exhaust emissions, and lower maintenance costs.

Hydraulic system – power and precision

The heart of the hydraulic system is the TP100820-60A motor with a power of 2.2 kW and a capacity of 16 ml/t. This ensures smooth, stable tool operation and a working pressure of 16 MPa (160 bar). The rotational speed varies from 2,850 to 6,000 rpm depending on the mode, allowing various tasks to be performed efficiently, from material transport to precise maneuvers.

Ride engines – high mobility and dynamics

The GG06E is equipped with two Y100B35(J)-60A alternating current (AC) drive motors, each with a power of 3500 W. The 60 V voltage offers high efficiency and a fast response to load. As a result, the loader reaches a speed of 10 km/h in low gear and 30 km/h in high gear, which increases mobility at the workplace and reduces transport times.

Operating parameters – performance in a compact form

The GG06E weighs 1,640 kg and has a nominal lifting capacity of 600 kg, making it ideal for daily transport and loading operations. The standard 0.2 m³ bucket enables fast and efficient material transport. Despite its compact size, this model offers impressive stability and high hydraulic power.

Tires, brakes and equipment – safety and comfort

The loader is equipped with 26×12.00-12 pneumatic tires that offer optimal grip and durability. Optionally, 27×8.5-15 narrow tires are available, ideal for work in confined spaces. The braking system consists of a hydraulic drum brake for operation and a manual drum brake, guaranteeing stability and safety during standstill and use.
