High-quality, lightweight, and compact battery-powered braiding machine with a hook nose from SPERO. The SPVM01B braiding machine automatically creates a knot (instead of the traditional manual braiding method), ensuring efficient and fast work. This battery-powered braiding machine can be used for construction work in the building trade and by installers. Because this model is equipped with a hook nose, the user can more easily attach underfloor heating pipes to the sub-net. The hook on the nose allows you to lift the steel mesh. Suitable for braiding reinforcement cages, steel mesh, installing underfloor heating on steel mesh, etc. The machine is robust and well-balanced, making it easy to use.

Complete with two 12.8-volt Li-ion batteries, two rolls of galvanized wire (110 meters x 0.8mm), a carrying case, battery extender, wire cutters, a charger, a can of brake cleaner and WD-40 spray, a spare spring, a charger, and instructions. The rolls of wire contain 110 meters of 0.8mm wire, with which you can tie approximately 260 knots.

The SPERO braiding machine can only be used with SPERO PREMIUM braiding wire. Other brands of braiding wire are not suitable.

Tip: Order a feed-through and cutting set at the same time so that you can replace parts yourself in case of malfunctions or wear.

Each braiding machine is thoroughly tested before delivery and is delivered in working order with a comprehensive Dutch manual and maintenance instruction card. This product requires regular cleaning and, if necessary, adjustment when in use. Malfunctions due to clogged wire, grinding debris from galvanized wire, or adjusting the braiding nose can occur and must be resolved by the user themselves, based on the manual. Parts such as the feed plate, cutting blade, and nose block should be replaced as needed due to wear. We advise users without experience with this machine to visit our showroom for a thorough explanation of how to use and maintain it. For maintenance or warranty claims, the owner must bring the product to our workshop in Lelystad. Any malfunction will be resolved within 15 minutes in Lelystad if the user cannot resolve it themselves.
