The GT4000 crawler excavator is a powerful and modern work machine weighing 4,000 kg, designed for intensive earthmoving, construction, and installation work. The robust construction, high power, and extensive equipment ensure that the machine performs excellently on both large construction sites and in demanding terrain.
Engine and drive
The machine is equipped with a reliable Kubota D1703 engine with a power output of 18.5 kW (25 hp) at 2200 rpm. The four-cylinder engine, liquid-cooled and equipped with a mechanical injection pump, ensures stable performance, a high torque of 97.4 Nm at 1500 rpm, and a long service life. The two-stage drive motor enables smooth movement at speeds of up to 4.4 km/h.
Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 22.5 MPa and offers high performance and precise control. The maximum digging force of the bucket is 30.4 kN and that of the arm 18.2 kN, enabling efficient work even under heavy soil conditions. The standard bucket with a capacity of 0.12 m³ and a width of 50 cm ensures high work productivity.
Working range
The GT4000 offers a maximum digging depth of 3,208 mm and a vertical digging depth of 2,957 mm. The maximum digging height is 4,800 mm and the dumping height is 3,406 mm. The digging reach is 5,480 mm, allowing a wide range of earthmoving operations to be carried out efficiently.
Turning movement and maneuverability
The rotation speed of the upper carriage is 9 rpm, ensuring smooth work cycles. The minimum turning circle is 2,530 mm and the rear turning circle is only 860 mm, which significantly increases the machine's maneuverability in confined spaces.
Swivel arm and cabin
The swiveling arm allows for an angle of 55° to the left and 65° to the right, offering greater flexibility for trenching and work around obstacles. Operator comfort is enhanced by a spacious, air-conditioned cab and ergonomic joystick controls, ensuring comfortable and precise operation.
