Features:

• High filter accuracy due to 3-stage filtration : fireproof stainless steel filter, HEPA filter and carbon filter for odor filtering
• The machine is supplied as standard with 1 filter of each type
• Double HEPA filter with 0.5 µm precision made of PFTE, filters the finest harmful substances up to 99% from the welding fumes
• Large filter surface of 36 m²
• Filter cleaning with compressed air pulse via a push button on the control panel. Includes a removable 20-liter steel dust container. The machine is connected to a compressed air line with a pressure of 4 to 6 bar.
• Maximum flow rate of 2600 m³ at the engine inlet.
• Effective flow rate of 1400m³ at the inlet of the extraction nozzle
• 3x400V 2.2kW motor with fixed exhaust airflow. Variable control on the unit regulates the motor's delayed start and stop.
• Purified air is returned to the workshop via recirculation
• Maximum flue gas temperature: 65°C. This welding fume extraction system is designed for welding fumes and is not suitable for fumes, gases, or vapors with other compositions or temperatures.
• Stainless steel arm structure with 3 hinges for free positioning as desired
• 360° smoothly rotating arm, 3 meters long , 150 mm diameter. The high throughput of this machine allows for the connection of a ^second optional extraction arm.
